Permissions: Purchased full resolution, logo-free image may be used for marketing or commercial purposes allowing generation of revenue stream under the following terms and conditions:

·        Retail: Purchased image may be included in a product or product packaging for the purpose of commercial sale in retail. Restriction: Purchased image cannot be re-sold as an art print, framed print or a digital image as a stand-alone product.

·        Commercial: Book publishers can include the purchased image on the cover of a book or within the pages of a book for sale. An individual or organization may include the purchased image in their print or online publications such as marketing materials, communications, websites or online marketing campaigns.

·        Editorial: A magazine, newspaper or online venue may use the image with an article or post.

Limitations: The photographer automatically owns the copyright and the moral rights of the image and remains the first owner of the copyright as per the Canadian Copyright Act. Note that the photographer is selling a licence for use and not the copyright to the image. Crediting the photographer is appreciated. Photographer reserves the right to re-sell in a non-exclusive licence. No future royalties have to be paid to the photographer for commercial use other than the original purchase price, unless the customer requests a future exclusive license.
